Why this review matters: Asking for extensive unpaid labor without follow-up is exploitative. Promising updates and ignoring candidates damages trust and brand reputation. Professionals deserve transparency, timely communication, and respect, especially after dedicating serious effort to a hiring process. Please proceed with caution, or take my advice and don't proceed at all with Revieve. Here's everything that went wrong: In the job interview they listed a 3 step interview. In fact, the job interview had 5 steps, adding two other calls with other departments of the company, out of the blue. The take home assignment had two tasks. The brief for the assignment tasks had 9 pages of brief, they asked for a full brand design, a flyer to be designed for that brand, with copy and content, a video that promotes that brand, A fully working website optimized for desktop and mobile in webflow or figma prototype - it took me well over 3 full days of work. After I spent full days working on the task, after clearing my schedule to prepare for and attend all the (announced and unannounced) steps of the interview process, tasks and no less then 4 video calls, after dedication, trust and hard work from my side, i got completely ignored. After the last interview, I sent an email asking if there are any more steps in the process I can prepare for or if they have any other questions for me. No answer from them. After 1 week i sent another email expressing my dedication, time and effort i poured into this interview and asked if there are any more steps. I got a reply in a few hours saying I will get an answer by "tomorrow". And here I am, 1 and a half months later, with no answer from them, writing this review. After all the time and effort spend, was it that hard for Revieve to just send me an email saying - "we found a better match, thank you for your time" ? Stay away from Revieve!
