Very brief with slow start date. They will try to squeeze you in a suitable position if you don't meet the requirements for the one you're interviewing for. Unfortunately, they will hire existing employees over well qualified outside talent so don't bank on getting the job just because your resume is stellar. They're very clique based but good natured.
