I was contacted by HR over email approximately two months after I applied for the position. I was required to complete an online personality evaluation. Within a week I had a brief 30 minute phone interview with HR. A few days later we scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager. A week later I had a 45 minute phone interview with the hiring manager who then requested we meet in person. Approximately 2 weeks later we scheduled a face-to-face interview during which I met with three different people for about 2 hours.
