I had an initial phone interview with HR recruiter, second phone interview with a marketing director, and on-site interview with 4 employees at company. Everyone was very helpful and informative. Throughout the on-site interview process I realized that the role and projects I would be working on were different from my initial impression, and it wasn't quite what I'm looking to work on at this stage in my career. They are definitely an exciting company filled with smart, creative, and forward-thinking people.
