I applied online once and was immediately rejected. Tried again after a month of the position still being open and was contacted by the recruiter pretty soon after. From there I met with the VP of Customer Success who was extremely inappropriate during the interview, the immediate manager who was lovely, and the CEO who seemed fine as well. After four rounds of interviews they decided to go on a hiring freeze instead and were acquired soon after.
