They send a test to you with a study guide that has most of the answers you'll need. After you pass the test you have a normal get to know type interview where they explicitly make it clear about their 2 year contract and relocation process. If you get selected and don't have a degree in Computer Science this is a great way to break into the programming field.

I was an easy interview, they will ask basics of Java, SQL like OOPS , Exception , Multithreading , Collections , SQL , Constraints , Joins , Some queries , In java they will ask basics coding questions like Armstrong number, Prime
