Worked with a recruiter who reached out to me regarding potential interest in the company. After meeting with the three interview from leadership, two recruiters ...nothing.... No feedback, just ghosted. Ghosting candidates is unprofessional, however, during the Holidays, it is a profound testament of bad character. It reaffirms any assertion of being a conscientious employer is at best, only words on the website.
