Applied via an online job portal. Got a call from the HR a day later. Setup a telephonic interview few days later. The interviewer was very professional and asked Easy to Medium question on Reactjs and NodeJs. A few days after the interview, I was given a task on MERN which I needed to submit by 2 days. That was quite an easy challenge. Then there was a gap of almost 2 weeks as I had some problem and they also had few problems so we couldn't come up with an interview date. The 3rd round was again a technical telephonic round based on MERN. The HR called me and we negotiated for the salary and from here things went south. They were having problem with my notice period and negotiated kind of unprofessionally. So I had to reject the offer.
