This was actually for a remote position. I filled out a regular online application with me resume attached. I received an email with a link asking me to answer some questions via video. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do that and received several follow up emails reminding me to do it. I finally did it yesterday and found the process awkward. I did not like how the video questions were set up having to record each one individually. I am sure I looked ridiculous and not surprised when I received an immediate rejection today. I should have followed my first instinct and not participated. Its a red flag when a company wants a video of you before even speaking to you.
