In person interview was well organized and easy, portfolio review was great. Project assignment was a little excessive (trying to get free design work) but feasible. The insult came when the fulltime position for a specific salary was offered as a temp to perm contract for a different rate. Should not be interviewing under false pretenses, very poor transparency here. Very mismanaged by higher mgmt
