First step, I had a virtual meeting with Fozia Berg, from the Retail Marketing Group . This was to see if I was suitable for the role that I had applied for. Second step, I had a virtual meeting with two members of the company that the role I had applied for was with. I had a presentation to make answering 3 questions.

Entretien
I applied and was contacted by the hiring manager, during the time of getting ready for interview I had the pleasure of meeting Fozia. At first I thought I don't need to speak to recruitment as it's a similar role to what I was already doing but I was so wrong and definitely glad I spoke to Fozia. The interaction was incredible, she absolutely loves what she does and is insanely brilliant at it. NEVER have I been met with a more dedicated and passionate person in my life. She oozes RMG in every thing that she does. She is definitely the reason I got the role, the care, the consideration of my journey was unreal. Forever grateful Fozia you are awesome
