I interviewed with ResU in October 2016. I had a phone interview with the Marketing Manager followed by an in-person interview a week later. I was contacted by HR to conduct the phone interview and the in-person interview. I met with about 5 people in a group for about 40 minutes in the university that would directly work with the position. The group really wanted to know about my external relations experience. They also stressed that they had difficulties communicating as a department and needed HELP! Everyone in the group was very passionate about their jobs and working for ResU which made for a good interview. After I met with the group I met with the Marketing Manager and Director. The questions were pretty similar to the phone interview questions. A week later I was given their hiring decision.
