It was described as an informal chat, rather than an interview, but with “interview style questions”. However the “interview style questions” were not really like the kind I’m used to where you talk about an achievement or an example of your experience. They merely repeated a couple of the questions from the application form. I was disappointed not to get a chance to talk about my skills or experience.
