I applied directly on LinkedIn and got a call shortly afterwards. The interview process went well and was very easy-going/fast. It was very casual and we were able to tackle questions as they came up. I was asked about my experience and my accomplishments in previous roles. During the interview, they pitched another position that may be more relevant to my experience. We spoke more about the other position and I received an email right after my interview for the other position. After the interview, I replied and sent a thank you email. The following week, I sent a follow up email expressing my interest. I was offered the position the next day.
