The interview was very poorly structured. I don't feel that they gentlemen had any idea of how to conduct an interview. He asked what I had heard about The Results Company I gave him some answer and he said that they had a lot of changes due to some of the management being really bad. Which I should of seen that as a sign that they were struggling, I was desperate. They said that they had to let go a lot of the management because they weren't cutting it. He then to went on and explain the position that he new nothing about because he hadn't been informed was the position would entail due to it being a new project. He offered me the job on the spot because they are desperate.

It was quick, organized because they're easy to find and easy to do. Assessment was about english vocab, english writing, and logic. Basic questions. Initial interview same as final interview.
Simple ,easy . Self explanatory questions. Just be yourself and use STAR method. Make sure to also ask questions regarding the company . Also ask about policies regarding the company.

I was asked of the basics. Nothing too in-depth and it was quick. I was endorsed for final interview the next day. Overall, it was an interaction to get to the gist of why you want to apply for the company and some of your qualities as a person and an employee.
