After completing the online application a brief confirmation to my email allowed me to select a preferred time slot to be seen in person. Arriving 20 minutes until my 10AM prescheduled interview the process was simple. Signed into the log book and filled out another paper application which I thought was outdated and unnecessary to be frank. I was called to speak with Tarsha after 5 mins of completing my paper application, she informed me that she was a recruiter who would lead the first interview. The second to be done by the hiring manager.

It was quick, organized because they're easy to find and easy to do. Assessment was about english vocab, english writing, and logic. Basic questions. Initial interview same as final interview.
Simple ,easy . Self explanatory questions. Just be yourself and use STAR method. Make sure to also ask questions regarding the company . Also ask about policies regarding the company.

I was asked of the basics. Nothing too in-depth and it was quick. I was endorsed for final interview the next day. Overall, it was an interaction to get to the gist of why you want to apply for the company and some of your qualities as a person and an employee.
