Applied at the end end of January, interviewed beginning of February, was told that the position needed to be filled asap, latest by the end of the month, but then was told that based on my and other applicants qualifications a new job description was made and was asked to re-apply.
I re-applied to the new JD and re-interviewed. The JD then changed again and was asked to re-apply. I re-applied and re-interviewed. I followed up with each interview and was only told now, more than one month after my most recent interview that I am no longer being considered.
The whole process was dragged out unnecessarily, way too many interviews, gave me false hope when I should have been applying to other jobs.
To recap: I applied to this job at the end of January, the JD changed 2x after the original JD, I interviewed 4 times, and waited until the beginning of MAY to finally hear that I have been rejected.
The whole process has been incredibly demoralizing.

Positive overall, but it was a very long and lengthy process for a PA role. Took about 3 months. I first talked with a recruiter and then a month later had my first interview. About a month after that I had another interview with management. Had to submit a writing sample and do an assignment within a 1-day period. I was overqualified (in terms of education and experience) so they ended up offering a Senior Program Associate role.

First a phone interview, then written exam, followed by another phone interview and ending with a video interview. Never heard back after the final interview despite investing so much time and energy in the process.
