Disorganized. Applied on a Thursday, heard back Monday/Tuesday from recruiter asking to setup a zoom call about next steps. Agreed to a slot on Friday. Joined the call and the recruiter never did. Few hours back heard that something came up and asked for more timeslots. Repeated the slots already proposed for the following week. Never heard back. Wednesday followed up to see if there were any plans for next steps and agreed to a slot on Friday. Few hours later received a meeting cancellation saying the position had been filled. Very surprising, I would have thought as the recruiter for a position you'd know if there was already someone mostly selected and not try to move anyone else in for more interviews. But may speak to the company's lack of focus/communication.
