During the pre call interview with the recruiter, he expressed his disappointment with the owner's political views which I found odd since politics were never discussed on our call-he brought it up as a way to explain to me the thinking at their headquarters in Minnesota. The in-person interview was done with two people, than a short tour of the facility than more questions. They asked a lot what if questions ("What would you do if...") and a lot of standard "give me an example in your past of...". They never got into the day to day of the position.
