I did a phone screening interview where we talked about my need for an employer and their need for an intern. Planed a time for me to come in the next week. I met my boss, the VP Digital Planning, and one Account Exec where they showed me the office and we then sat in a conference room where I walked through resume and we got to know each other. They basically gave me an offer there but I got the official phone call the next day.
