A 1-way video interview was scheduled through Spark Hire interview platform, with no direct communication from anyone at Resources Legacy Fund. I had to answer 10 questions, limited to 1-2 min answers with unlimited opportunity to practice and re-record. Answering questions with no give and take, no feedback from interviewers, was challenging. A month later, I have not received any communication from Resources Legacy Fund even acknowledging that they viewed the recording.
