Met at starbucks for interview with the operations manager. Ask a bunch of questions about your current life situation and a few behavioral questions to see how you handle situations. Filled up a HR form and that was it.

Entretien
Interview was done 2 weeks after I submitted an application for the role. Interview was done over Teams and it was suppose to be 1 interviewer to 2 interviewee. 3 portions in the interview: asked about past experiences and then moved on to more situational questions. Lastly, asked about personal dressing and checked if I had any visible tattoos or piercings.
