This company had been on my radar for a while and the initial interview experience was reasonable. However, as I got further into the interview process their professionalism declined substantially. I was asked to fill out an assessment and have it done in three days, before even having the first-round interview. After submitting the assignment I never heard back. I even sent an email to follow up and did not get a response from the hiring manager who sent me the assignment in the first place. I felt like my time was wasted and that HR was nice on the surface, but didn't care about me even after asking me to do an assignment that took a material amount of time. I would be cautious about interviewing at this company and scrutinize their commitment to professionalism.
