Applied online through LinkedIn. Interviewed with a recruiter. She said she would ask me questions then put her phone on mute so she could type without the noise of the keyboard interfering. I thought it was odd, but didn't think twice about it. I thought the interview went well, but she completely ghosted me - she didn't respond to follow-up emails in any way, and didn't even send a form letter rejection. Now I wonder if she put her phone on mute during the interview because she really wasn't interested and was just multitasking. I'm fine with not being chosen, but everyone deserves at least the courtesy of a professional response.

High touch and very responsive. Recruiter was great at communicating frequently and not leaving me hanging as a candidate. In all my experience this was the best experience overall. Setting up interviews through the offer process were seamless.
