This was 6+ years ago. Phone screening interview with HR. HR asked general question related to resume, technical knowledge and work experience. Job R&R was also explained. Spending some time asking more details about the job and trying to know what kind of the person they are looking for,

LONG! I started the interview process and then there was a 3 month lag between meeting with HR and getting a call back about the position. Then I finally was able to interview with decision maker and that process took another 1.5 - 2 months.
