I applied on line. I received an emailed back within a day. They sent me an invitation to take an assessment. I was asked to fly out for a f2f. They sent me an email with 2 dates as an option to go out and meet them. There was about 15 of us in the group.

Entretien
Very easy if you do your research. The video interview was short and easy as well. Their hiring process was very quick. The Face to face interview was 4 hours long and pleasant. However, thier information given in the interview was untrue. Told us that the senior person in the class would get the base thay wanted..very untrue! Also told us that while on reserve we could not pick up extra flights...not true!!!

Very staight forward. You do online app, assessment, then face to face. I felt very relaxed the whole time and I felt they kept me informed along the way. It is important to be yourself in the interview and answer honest and precisely. Also be confident in your answers and expwrience. Only answer what they ask you.
