Resideo had one of, if not the best, interviewing process I have ever encountered. Travis, one of Resideo's TA Partners', was the most communicative, friendly and transparent individuals I have worked with. I knew exactly what was happening at every step in the process, Travis would often check in before and after an interview to ensure I had all of my questions answered and could voice any concerns to him privately, although there were none. While the interview process was multi-step and spanned several weeks due to some PTO and Travel, I felt informed and that my time was respected. Truly, there is no "perfect" company and every experience can vary but I was very impressed with my interviewing experience.
