On the second one you get shown a demo of the product and asked for your insights. The interviewer took place with the CEO on both counts. They took place remotely on zoom.

Interviewer asked personal questions which did not have much relevance to the role, in my opinion

Awful - they did not turn up yet expected me to be free later in the day at the drop of a hat. Rude management. I later learned my experience was not unique.
