We are sorry to hear of your experience in your application process and we certainly value all candidates feedback on how we can improve. We have been in the process of implementing a new applicant tracking system (which had some bumps) and our communications were not sent out in a timely manner. Our goal is to get back to candidates within a few days of applying so that you know where your application stands with our search process. That said, we obviously missed the mark on providing you the service we intend for all candidates.
