Interview is straight forward, they take just anyone. Question are basic, nothing serious. Don't even waste your time looking formal, they just need you to work. They barely ask healthcare question, gives you limited training and just throw you out there

Very fast process, was hired on the first interview. Typical questions, background experience. There were a couple situation questions as well. They prioritize your experiences providing care. It was an easy going process. Background check and live scan.
