Not a very organized process. Interviews were not structured and although generic, they had some very big biases behind the interview and follow-up questions--I knew I wasn't a top candidate as I was interviewing. I could tell they were looking for someone else. However, I continued with the interview for interview practice. Recruiter Screen then Interview with Recruiting Manager then final Interview with Team Manager.
