An overly lengthy process, first a phone screen with a recruiter than a zoom with the hiring VP. That advanced to a face-to-face with hiring VP. (3 weeks) Then requested to do a zoom with the HR rep. That was a disaster, we never connected and I left the zoom meeting with a sense of doom. After 2-3 weeks of limited communication a few were still going thru the hiring process emails. Only to finally be told 12 weeks into the process they were going a different direction. To see the position was filled by an internal candidate with zero relative experience. Thanks for wasting my time.
