Basic "Tell me about a time..." Questions. Really enjoyed hearing the Operation Manager's personal story of how he started off as a helper riding the back of a garbage truck. Very informative and feel like I fit, but he seemed rushed at the end, so I doubt I get called back.

Went through 2 separate interview sets for the same job at different locations. Both times went the same way. First interview with potential supervisor. At location, went through job and resume and was told follow up interview was necessary. Went in to follow interview, same process but with two managers at job location. 1st time never heard back and was unable to contact for information. 2nd time followed up and was told job went to someone else.
