Unclear about the requirement for the role and spent the time to understand how does my masters degree make sense for the position. later pondered about my previous work but nothing in terms of general interview. Was more like fit for the role kinda round. Felt the decision was made without going in depth about my profile

I interviewed twice at Republic services in the Pricing analytics and HR Analytics teams.
I had a great experience interviewing for the company but unfortunately couldn't get through the interview.
I had a Phoen screen round, Then I had a SQL and technical round with the Hiring Manager and then I moved to Onsite where i had 3 panel interviews and 1 SQL Round
