easy, fun, civil. Nice people, beautiful hotel. I enjoyed it. Had six young men interviewing in my group, I was the only direct entry captain candidate. The interview was with an HR rep and a captain. Know how to read a TAF and Metar. Tell a good emergency story, and be honest.

Arrived at IND in the evening and stayed at their new hotel, which is connected to the training center. Tickets were confirmed and didn't have to worry about transportation, a shuttle bus took me from the terminal to the hotel. The morning after, we toured the new (and impressive) training center and we attended a presentation about the company followed by a Q&A about lifestyle, salaries, bases, etc. When we were all done with our questions we headed to the conference rooms at the hotel to start the interviews. The Interview was conducted in a friendly and relaxed manner. HR questions by a recruiter followed that technical and scenarios by one of their FOs. It felt more like a discussion rather than an interview, Both the recruiter and the FO already had set the mood for the interview from the presentation, interacting with us and making jokes, which worked great to take some of the nervousness/anxiety away, It was a great experience, from the beginning they absolutely make you feel that you are part of the company already.
