Very simple 30 minute interview. They really want to see your character and personality. Knowledge plays a big role in the technical portion but if you are applying to airlines you should be fine.

Well-structured and straightforward. Went through standard behavioral questions with HR and technical questions/scenarios with a current Republic pilot. They seemed really happy with my answers and I received positive feedback. I even got compliments from the pilot about my knowledge which felt really nice. Ultimately, I received a TBNT. It seems the pipeline is heavily bottlenecked and highly competitive right now regarding timelines and current hours. Even though I didn’t get the CJO this time around, the communication was prompt, and they encouraged me to reapply for the FO position once I am closer to my ATP minimums. A very professional experience.
