You are placed in a room where you are asked to sign in, upon sign-in you are asked if you're local or not, I would recommend being local as it plays a major part if they extend you an offer or not. And it also helps them determine if you would be able to make it to your base. After that you are shown a video which entails the lifestyle you would be opting for and the pay rate, once the video concludes you are called for one on one interviews. When you're interviewing make sure to smile, show personality and drive as that's what they look for, make sure to be conservative in appearance as it also allows them to envision how you would fit into the company uniform. Once the interview is over they let you know the same day at the end of the interview and have you fill out paperwork if they say thank you for your time or something relatively close to that then you know that you didn't get the position.

Name a time where you had a irate customer, how did you handle the situation?
Watched a video explaining the role and company values. Then, there was an opportunity to practice recording. Make sure you look into the camera, and not at yourself! Most of the questions you are only allowed to record once. The question is presented, and you are giving 1-2 minutes to prepare your response.

Virtual recorded responses. About six questions, the question appeared on the screen, there's a countdown, then you must record your response. Some questions we're a timed for one minute with one minute to respond. Some allowed more time to respond.

One-way video interview—2 minutes prep time for each question, 2 minutes allowed for each response, no retakes. There was an 11-minute intro video that discussed the company's background, mission, culture statement, scheduling, and pay expectations. This was followed by a 2.5-minute tutorial on how to record and submit responses. There was also an opportunity to do a practice recording before beginning, so that was helpful. It was very awkward to talk directly to the camera without a person there, so be prepared for that, but it was good practice and a learning experience if nothing else. I recommend recording yourself responding to interview questions before sitting down to do the interview.
