J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Republic Airways (Kansas City, MO) en sept. 2014
Entretien
I attended the open house / interview session in Kansas City on 9-9-14. There were only about maybe 20 of us, it was actually a very pleasant experience. The representatives from the company were both very pleasant and very informative in their presentation. We all gathered in the room, we participated in a short activity before diving into the company overview. They went on to fill us in on how all the scheduling and pay worked- both in and out of training and the crew base assignments. After the presentation there was time for some Q&A then we were handed paperwork to fill out and they began calling us back for interviews one at a time. The interview was a standard interview with the standard customer service questions asked. Including "why do you want to be a flight attendant?" why republic airlines" as well as regular customer service interview questions such as "tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a co worker, how did you handle it and what was the outcome?" All in all it was relaxed and made you feel comfortable. They reiterate the fact that you cant have any visible tattoos or piercings and that the 4 week training is demanding and tough. Also if you've ever been in trouble with the law ie: dui, dwi or and misdemeanor or felony charges then you may as well not even try, Canada has strict immigration laws when it comes to that stuff. After the interview the interviewer informed me they had another set of interviews the next day in a different city then they would be fedex'ing the apps back to corporate recruiting, they would then look over the apps and the interviewers notes and we would be contacted via email if we made it to the next phase, which would be a personality assessment. She stated this could take up to 2 weeks.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There wasn't a real difficult or unexpected in my opinion.. i did enough research that I already knew kind of what to expect.
Watched a video explaining the role and company values. Then, there was an opportunity to practice recording. Make sure you look into the camera, and not at yourself! Most of the questions you are only allowed to record once. The question is presented, and you are giving 1-2 minutes to prepare your response.

One-way video interview—2 minutes prep time for each question, 2 minutes allowed for each response, no retakes. There was an 11-minute intro video that discussed the company's background, mission, culture statement, scheduling, and pay expectations. This was followed by a 2.5-minute tutorial on how to record and submit responses. There was also an opportunity to do a practice recording before beginning, so that was helpful. It was very awkward to talk directly to the camera without a person there, so be prepared for that, but it was good practice and a learning experience if nothing else. I recommend recording yourself responding to interview questions before sitting down to do the interview.

Virtual recorded responses. About six questions, the question appeared on the screen, there's a countdown, then you must record your response. Some questions we're a timed for one minute with one minute to respond. Some allowed more time to respond.
