I met with the senior management on a one and one interview. It was straight forward and to the point. I had a second interview and then I was offered the job which I accepted.

I was there for 2 separate days for 3 hours each. No regard for my time - I would gladly have stayed that amount of time but they said an hour maximum. I sat there while an extremely ADHD scientist blabbed on about something I didn't even understand. They did not ask me any questions about myself.
