First phone interview was very straightforward and relatively laid-back/informal.... Followed up and never heard back from recruiter/ HR even though I met all of the qualifications and had a good conversation. Very unprofessional of Repligen and I Will advise my fellow colleagues and friends in the industry to avoid.
