Unnecessary and multiple rounds of interviews. Also, the recruitment process is extremely slow and they maintain zero transparency in the recruitment process. The recruitment process was not even ended with a formal communication!

Questions were majorly regarding the role, and an assignment is given to the interviewee with a deadline. Upon successful submission of the assignment, further rounds are conducted.
