Initially applied for IJP - Santacruz West Branch Branch Manager, HR representative Ms. Mosami & Ms. Sharon conduct the 1st round. Then for 2nd round I called in CO for one to one interview that time AGM Mr. Sunil Date & SCM Mr. Kavith Mistry had taken the interview. In 3rd round which is on hangout call by HR, AGM, SCM & Opex Manager.
Afterthat I got the Promotion.

It was well planned & well communicated,
Interview starts with a Presentation of my six month action plan on a new role, then one on one questions.
