about 3 weeks there is a response regarding the update to take part in the online interview
The interview was conducted in a clear and concise manner regarding personal abilities and work interests as well as general insights about Rentokil
for an interview in line with the field being applied for and still in the sales field.
in the next 2 weeks there is a general knowledge test, followed by user interviews, then specific tests, psychotest, announcement of results and medical checkups.

Entretien
The interview process inclusive of three stages; 1st interview, field attachment, and 2nd interview. The first interview was moderate as the questions were more on the intoduction and the decision making. As for the second interview session, the level are quite difficult as the questions are more on the softskills (e.g presentation skill) and the decision making. However, both interview sessions went well 😄👍🏻

The interview process went smoothly with the interviewers asking about myself and my past employment history. The interviewers explained clearly about the job role and my responsibilities, as well as making sure that I am confident in taking up the role.

Entretien
Smooth, Lean and Efficient. The whole procedure are faster than my expectation. Introduction, assessment, interviews and further procedures are well scheduled by HR and respective departments. I am well informed and briefed by HR personnel for my necessary actions during my job application.
