I had three interview stages. The first stage was a telephone interview, the second stage was competency testing and interview questions. And the third stage was a taster day with additional interview at the end. I found the telephone interview to be a positive experience and well organised. I was provided with lots of information about the graduate scheme that Rentokil offers. The second interview stage was again well organised. I was additionally impressed at how well the team had communication across different departments. From recruitment to office based colleagues to colleague who work in the field. I didn’t find as though I had to repeat myself at all. The transitions from one interview to another were very smooth. The communication I received from email was very quick and reliable. Additionally I was always provided with instructions of what information to bring, how I needed to prepare myself for each interview and contact information in case I needed help. Lastly I especially enjoyed the third stage interview because it gave me a good idea of what my day to day would look like. Everyone made me feel really comfortable and I was extremely impressed at how fast I got the job offer. They were also really reasonable in regards to my notice period at my current job. Allowing me to chose my own start date. Lastly I really like the fact that they sent me google invites so I could add it really easily to my calendar and I was able access directions really easily too through the event that they provided.

Entretien
The interview process was excellent from start to finish. It began with a Pest Technician Skills Review, which I found really useful as it gave a clear insight into the role and what to expect. This was followed by a phone screening with Christian and Claire, who were both very informative and helpful.
I then had a virtual interview with Alfie and Lee, who made me feel completely at ease while discussing my background and motivations. Next, I completed a shadowing shift with Jaber, whose knowledge and experience made the learning process enjoyable and informative. Later that day, I attended a final interview with Lee and Rob, who were again welcoming and relaxed which really made me feel at ease
Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and after I was offered the role, Christian was the first to reach out and congratulate me, which was a really nice suprise

The interview process was like this,
1. Online questions and tasks assessment test (1 hour)
2. Voice call interview with Christian from rentokil recruitment (20 minutes)
3. 1st stage online video interview set up by Claire, with Lee and Andrew in the interview from rentokil management (1 hour)
4. 2nd stage interview - shadow Pest Control Technician in the field (for 2 hours). Then London office second-stage interview (1 hour)

Entretien
It had three clear parts. phone call, virtual interview and technician shadowing/ in person interview. Each part of the process was thoroughly explained to me beforehand by my recruiter Amy, allowing me to prepare accordingly. My telephone interviewer Martin began the process with clearly discussing aspects/ my suitability for the role. The Virtual and in person interview consisted of more thorough suitability questions and the technician shadowing was informative and insightful.
