Applied online on indeed website then called by caroline who set up an interview. I was then taken on a field day to see if I liked the job. The interview process was good and was made to feel at ease through out. Having a field day was helpful to see the job

Firstly it was a phone call based interview with one of Intials recruitment team. Caroline took my phone interview and she was very professional in doing so. Once the iterview was completed on the phone Caroline then talked me through the next stage of the process advising any information that may be of use in the face to face interview. The next stage was a interview at the branch where the job was based. In the interview was myself and two employees of Initials HR team. This was a compantrncy based interview were you were asked questions relating to teamwork, customer service and various other aspects. I was then invited back for a trial shift to see what would be required on a day to day basis in the job role.
