The interview was a two stage process which first involved a phone call then a face to face interview. Christian and Claire who I spoke to over the phone put me at ease with their friendly and supportive manner. We spoke about the role, my interest in it and previous work. My face to face interview was also just as supportive and informative with Jordan and Dave being very approachable.
