J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rent The Runway (Secaucus, NJ) en mai 2016
Entretien
Very formal but friendly, met with 3 different people that work for the company, it was more of a conversation than an interview, she told me how quickly one job escalates in to the next and how the company is expanding, sent articles about company growth and where they're at today and where they intend to be in future
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rent The Runway (New York, NY) en juin 2015
Entretien
The first interview was with a group. An HR recruiter spent about 30 minutes going over a slideshow about Rent the Runway and brief details about the job itself. Make sure you know about the company's history and the CEOs. They had us read several articles ahead of time and said we would be tested on these articles during the interview. Don't waste your time reading them; they are all over a year old and we were not asked anything about them during the interview. There is also a typing test to make sure you are a fast typer.
The second interview was a one-on-one with several different girls who work in the CI department. I met with two different people. It was much shorter than I expected. They ask about your experience, go over bullet points from your resume, and have you participate in a role-play of what you would say to an angry customer who has called in about a bad experience with the company. Make sure you emphasize that you have tough skin and don't mind speaking with angry customers on the daily basis.
