You sit and wait for the DM to come meet you, they then have you meet the store manager, and then you come and spend an unpaid day observing at the store you applied for.

The interview was unprofessional and was in the main lobby of the store. There were multiple interruptions from customers. Both the manager and possible assistant (no formal title mentioned) admitted the job responsibilities were not outlined correctly on the listing and ended the interview abruptly when pay for the position was mentioned by me.
