If you are a prospecting employee, there are a few things that should be noted before you begin the process. The first interview you will receive will be via phone. The area code may through you off because it's from Texas, but you're asked s few basic questions to see if you are serious about the job. It helps to ask questions of your own to show your interest. Questions such as "what are the challenges to this position", or What are the rewarding aspects of the position" are just a few to show your interest. Being that you are trying to get into a job that is reliant on communication, I would greatly advise you prepare yourself with potential questions that may be asked. Having a decent layout of your current or previous job description gives the employer an idea of your experience. Having a good reason for leaving, or wanting to leave your employer is a must. They don't want anyone who's only there to collect a pay check. The job has long hours and they're looking for someone who is both serious and reliable. I'd like to disclose a few interview questions that were asked, but it'd better prepare you if you kept a broad knowledge of what to say (so you don't seem rehearsed). If you make it past the first interview with human resources, you'll be setup with an interview with the store manager in person. I highly recommend having a resume and presentation. A presentation isn't required bit if your decent at power point, you can show the employer that you are creative and are willing to go the extra mile. Presentations don't have to be done by computer either. Having a nice paper presentation works as well. In this interview, you will be asked a few similar questions to that of your first interview. I like to advise being yourself and having a few examples of when you have gone the extra mile or shown integrity. If you do well here, you will be able to have your final interview with the distric manager (which I skipped because the store manager was positive I was a great candidate) Its fairly simple, and If your comfortable with yourself and your experience, you should have no problem getting the job. Best of luck to you all. If hot a hard worker, and would like decent pay, this could be the career for you.
