This is a door to door sales job. The interview process was casual and the managers seem like great people that I'd love to work with. The first manager I talked to was hearing a leather jacket and a snapback ball cap. In my opinion, the name of this job offer is misleading. It's a sales aid job, scheduling appointments with the salesmen on a commission basis.
